TrackGirlz is partnering with Cal Berkeley Track and Field at their Brutus Hamilton Invitational, featuring a 200m race for girls from the Berkley community. Led by TrackGirlz Founder, USA Olympian and Olympic Coach, Mechelle Freeman, along with other TrackGirlz world-class mentors, this program aims to provide female athletes the opportunity to train and participate in this special experience to support their mental and physical athletic development.
Twenty-Four Middle School Girls will have the opportunity to follow the TrackGirlz “FAST” Speed and Conditioning Program in March (4 weeks), and then will race at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational on April 5, 2025!
